Refund Policy

If the Government refuses a visa application, the full amount will be refunded to all users who have applied for a visa through our website.

By completing your application with us, you agree that we will begin the processing process within the time period indicated during your application. If you want a refund after your application has been processed, you will be considered if you are eligible for a refund of agency management fees.

If you wish to request a refund, please send an email to stating the following:

Reason for the request.

  • Full name (as it appears on the passport).
  • Identification number of your transaction.
  • Email used to register on this website.
  • For multiple requests, please indicate all transaction identification numbers.

All refund requests will be evaluated within 72 hours.
