If the Government refuses a visa application, the full amount will be refunded to all users who have applied for a visa through our website.
By completing your application with us, you agree that we will begin the processing process within the time period indicated during your application. If you want a refund after your application has been processed, you will be considered if you are eligible for a refund of agency management fees.

Reason for the request.
- Full name (as it appears on the passport).
- Identification number of your transaction.
- Email used to register on this website.
- For multiple requests, please indicate all transaction identification numbers.
All refund requests will be evaluated within 72 hours.
